several prequalification letters. The reason for the need of several
Prequalification letters is that when a bid amount has been
determined you will want a letter stating you are qualified for that
exact amount. This will give you the greatest opportunity to get the
home at that price. If you have to counter bid you may need several
Prequal Letters for each new amount.
